Mackin and our subconsultant, McCollom Design Strategies, completed the Titusville Trail Town Master Plan. Priority projects include a business and marketing plan and planned infrastructure for bicycle lanes and routes connecting the Queen City Trail, the Oil Creek Trail system and the City of Titusville. Other projects included signing and way-finding, improved safety at crossings, pedestrian walk-ability, and recreating outdoor community spaces. Titusville is now the first town to conduct a trail town master plan along the Erie to Pittsburgh Trail system; implementation of the plan has begun.
