This project consisted of safety and traffic signal improvements to the intersection of Ebenezer and Jonestown Roads in Lebanon County, PA. The work included survey, environmental studies and Level 1b CE, roadway widening, right-of-way, traffic control, new traffic signals, and public involvement.
