This project consisted of designing the traffic control plan and ADA ramps for the reconstruction of SR-366 from the Westmoreland County end of the Tarentum Bridge to the Allegheny Valley Expressway, a distance of 0.8 miles. The traffic control and ADA ramp plans were developed in conjunction with Golden Triangle and reviewed and approved by PennDOT District 11-0. The traffic control plan included three construction phases, 18 detours, and 7 temporary traffic signals. The ADA ramp plans consisted of 13 ramp designs. The project also involved modifications to two existing traffic signals.
