Mackin performed design services during schematic, preliminary, and final versions to accommodate Client’s business expansion requirements. Building construction consisted of approximately 15,600 square feet of warehouse and 5,800 Square feet of office with future expansion possibilities. Design services included required parking and utility infrastructure, NPDES permitting, municipal site plan approval and stormwater management, as well as a truck loading area with recessed and at-grade dock areas. This project also involved the preparation of an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey, Boundary Survey, Subdivision and a Topographic Survey.
