Ltd. Spring Run is a market-leading multi-family residential development in Western Pennsylvania. Mackin’s civil engineering, land development, landscape architecture design, and construction administration teams have been instrumental in transforming a ±20 acre parcel into a six building, 312-unit apartment complex in Findlay Township.
Modern Living Solutions selected Mackin to provide preliminary due diligence, site design, utility infrastructure design, stormwater design, planning and zoning, as well as traffic and transportation engineering services for this project. Throughout the project we worked closely with the staff of Findlay Township to address the planned residential development requirements of the Township, the staff of the Allegheny County Conservation District to permit the site using the Managed Release Concept, the Allegheny County Public Works Department to permit two driveways to Spring Run Road Ext and off-site water and sewer utilities, the Findlay Township Municipal Authority to design the on-site water and sewer systems including a sewage pump.
