This project involved completing a Traffic Impact Study and HOP with PennDOT District 12 for a retail site on US Route 19 in Peters Township. The project included the design and installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of McDowell Lane and US Route 19, the addition of a right turning lane on McDowell Lane, the modification to the approach of Dam Road to US Route 19, and interconnecting and coordinating this intersection with four others in the US Route 19 corridor utilizing spread spectrum radio. This project involved extensive coordination with Peters Township and PennDOT District 12.
