Mackin provided professional engineering and consulting services to the Fayette Industrial Fund to perform certain environmental investigations, market analysis, and site master planning services for a 20-acre brown field redevelopment site along the Monongahela River in Point Marion, PA know as the Houze Glass Project.
The site master plan considered the environmental findings, the market research and site analysis findings to create a plan that limits environmental impacts, minimizes costs for mitigation, redevelopment of utilities and buildings, provides updated infrastructure, new buildings, parking and access drives to support the development plans; provide links to the surrounding community and river; and plans for future growth.
