Mackin performed site development design services to accommodate the construction of several parking additions at the Building 16 facility. Specific civil engineering services included design for development of additional parking, site grading, erosion and sedimentation control, performing an analysis of the as-built stormwater management facility and providing recommendations for adjustments, storm sewers and area lighting of the parking additions.
