Mackin performed design services to accommodate business expansion requirements. Building construction consisted of approximately 14,000 square feet of warehouse/light manufacturing. Design services included required parking and utility infrastructure, NPDES permitting, municipal site plan approval and storm water management, as well as a truck loading area with recessed and at-grade dock areas. Included in the site design was a secondary access driveway from Thorn Hill Road to improve westbound vehicle access.
