Through a renewed awareness of the invaluable, yet fragile nature of the watershed, the community will work together to continually foster and improve the watershed by thoughtful stewardship and sustainable use of the watershed’s natural resources. Furthermore, the plan will promote a watershed ethic where land use and development are balanced with conservation and preservation, and water quality is improved and maintained for future generations.”
